Business Management Systems Consultancy:

Introduction:

EQE possesses the talent, resources and experience to achieve the subject development and upgrading of your company management system to satisfy the requirements of the ISO standards which satisfy the company needs.

 

Consultancy is strongly dependent on the personnel relationship between client and consultant. At EQE we endeavor to foster this relation ship, at the same time supporting our individual consultants with the back-up of skills and resources available through their colleagues and members of EQE.

 

 

Structure:

Consultancy Objectives:

  • Identify areas requiring improvement or development within your current Management System
  • Prepare a strategic action plan, in conjunction with your company personnel, to address those improvement areas and assist with the communication of these requirements to key personnel at all levels.
  • Train the company staff to the standard requirements and criteria in order to enable them to develop and to run efficiently the management system.
  •  Review updates and develop company documentations including manuals processes, standard operating procedures and necessarily forms to satisfy requirements of ISO standards.
  • Provide assistance and advice on the development and implementation of systems, including preparation of documentation, aspects and impacts register, etc.
  • Advise and assist, if required, with the preparation and submission of applications to your registration body.
  • Assist with the development of internal auditing procedures and training.
  • Conduct a pre-assessment audit to ensure the effective implementation of the management system prior to final audit by your registration body.

The project structure and methodology:

The consultation project of upgrading the company system to meet the requirements of the required ISO standard, to be carried out by the consultants, is structured into six stages:

  • Stage 1: System evaluation according to the standard
  • Stage 2: System training of the company staff
  • Stage 3: Upgrading and documentation of the System
  • Stage 4: Implementation and preparation for certification
  • Stage 5: System Certification
  • Stage 6: System maintenance after certification (optional) 

The management of the project:

EQE has an effective and certified Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure provision of excellent services. EQE management system ensures full control and continuous monitoring of consultants performance.

These objectives are achieved through monthly double assessment of consultant performance based on EQE main checklist. The flow diagram outlines EQE methodology in management monitoring and controlling the project.
